Renovation eye candy

These fabulous, renovated spaces I stumbled upon sure do get my renovating juices flowing (eww, visual).

Serial renovater Kelly's historic house kitchen has such a smart use of vertical space.
Just look at all those lovely industrial finishes.
Kell, can I call you my blog buddy for life?

Another serial renovater, Liz, did this to her kitchen.
Can you believe this is a kitchen in a fix and flip property?!

(Also, my jaw dropped when I saw these customized chair slipcovers she painted.)

Hazardous Design's renovated powder room has been popping up in my dreams.
Such unexpected elements that work so harmoniously together.
Not your typical powder room in so many gorgeous & glorious ways.

P.S. So, sorry for the tumbleweeds around here.
I'll be back next week with a reveal of my office nook & progress on the nursery.
Love you, mean it.

Ok girl...that potty room made me want to go potty I got so excited over it. What is it about the china blue that has my ethnic roots SCREAMING at me to use?

How are you my dear? Amid your tumbleweeds, you might find my cobwebs. I have been so busy but oh how I love my job.

I can not wait to oogle over your nursery...it will be epic.

Cheers~

I'm seriously in love with that last bathroom photo. How I wish I had a space and guts for wallpaper.

Can't wait to see the progress in your world, FC. xoxo

I like all the places you mentioned so much. I will like your nursery the best of all, though....I'm sure of it! That nursery will be bomb.
